*Hinge rotates on precision ground pivot pins, fitted to bronze bushings.
*Hinge J-Strap is machined from solid aircraft quality billet aluminum.
*Strap width is 1-1/4 inches, with a 3-1/2 inch curved radius, and wall thickness of 1/2-inch.
*All mounting plates are laser cut 1/4-inch steel plate.
