Utilizing large billet aluminum hinges and adjustable steel base plates, all that's required is mounting, welding and a little ingenuity.

Hinge rotates on precision ground pivot pins, fitted to bronze bushings.
Hinge J-Strap is machined from solid aircraft quality billet aluminum.
Strap height is 2-inches, with a depth of 3-1/2 inches and wall thickness of 1/2-inch.
All mounting plates are laser cut 1/4-inch steel plate.
