Shipping
Most orders process within 24-48 hours M-F. If an order is for an item that Grunion Fabrication manufactures, it can take up to five business days to process. Once the order is processed they will be shipped by service specified. Custom and special orders may take longer to process. All shipping prices listed on items are for orders shipped within the continental United States. Any orders going outside this area will be subject to additional shipping charges depending on customers location and will be billed accordingly before order will be shipped.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is only available within the continental United States. In some cases partial shipping will be covered to places outside of the continental United States on items marked with FREE SHIPPING.
Returns
Grunion Fabrication goes by all manufacturer's original warranties. If an item arrives with damaged packaging, the customer may refuse to accept it and it will be shipped back to us. A replacement will be shipped at no charge to the customer. If it is discovered damaged upon opening, customer is to report damage to Grunion Fabrication upon receipt.
We will gladly exchange or refund items within 15 days from date of receipt if the customer is unsatisfied for any reason. Any items to be returned must be unused and in original packaging. Parts can not be painted, ground, or welded on. If you choose to have a refund, we will NOT refund the shipping charges. Before returning items, you must call to get a return code. Without return code, we can not accept the return. Returns for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless item is damaged.
All items are for show/off road purposes only unless otherwise specified. Grunion Fabrication takes no repsonsibility for items that may cause damage to vehicles or persons because of modification, improper installation, or improper use. Any damage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
